There may be a delay of up to 3 days between when your order is placed and when we post your parcel. Please note we do not send on weekends or Australian public holidays.
Delivery time depends on mail services. We cannot accept any responsibility for delays due to mail services or customs. All parcels will include a tracking number.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
We are not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or charges associated with your purchase from us. These are the buyer’s responsibility.
Amounts are in Australian Dollars and payments are accepted by PayPal. Prices do not include GST. Your bank will handle the currency conversion automatically into your own currency when the money is debited from your card.
Please get in touch with us if a product is faulty or not as described. Unfortunately we cannot give a refund if you change your mind. If you have any problems with your order please get in touch and we will do our best to help you and resolve the problem.
